Deep calls to deep in the roar of Your waterfalls
All Your waves and breakers sweep over my form
Your loving kindness You command in the daytime
At night, my Lord, I sing to You Your song
Send forth Your Light and Your Truth, let them guide me
Let them bring me in haste to Your Holy Place
There let me revel in Your Glorious presence
My Joy and Delight, as I seek Your face
The strength of my arm does not bring me the victory
In Your strength my adversaries are put to shame
No weapon of man can prosper against me
You give me the victory through Your holy Name
Lord, You are a Shield around me forever
And You bestow glory and lift up my head
Lord, whether I shout or speak in a whisper
You are quick to hear every word that I’ve said
Every night I lie down and my sleep is peaceful
Inexplicable love keeps me safe from all harm
Every morning I wake for Your presence sustains me
To face a new day in the crook of Your arm
