We’ll be condemned by words we speak
Acquitted by the same
Be careful of the words you speak
For careless words bring pain
For every careless word we speak
We’ll have to give account
Being careless is to care less
Let thoughtful words abound
Take every vain thought captive
Obedient to the Lord
That what you speak may always be
According to His Word
For words you speak have power
Be wise in what you say
That you might be entrusted
With God’s Word of Power each day
