Because Your Love is Better than Life

Because Your love is better than life, my lips will glorify you. I will praise You as long as I live, and in Your Name I will lift up my hands. My soul will be satisfied as with richest food; with singing lips my mouth will praise You.
On my bed I remember You; I think of You through the watches of the night. Because You are my help, I sing in the shadow of Your wings. My soul clings to You; Your right hand upholds me.
Psalms 63:3-8
There is no one like You, oh LORD. There is no greater love in the heavens, on earth or beneath the earth. You are the source of all love and neither the expanse of the universe nor the unseen realm can contain You. You fill my heart to overflowing and out of the overflow of my heart, my mouth gushes forth in praise and worship born of gratitude and adoration. In You I live and move and have my being.
You are the omniscient, omnipotent, omnipresent GOD and Creator of all things, both visible and invisible. You are the Altogether Lovely One, the Rose of Sharon and the Lily of the Valley. You are the Lamb Who was slain and is alive forevermore, the Lion of the Tribe of Judah, the King of kings and Lord of lords. You are YHWH Yireh, my provider; YHWH Shalom, my peace; YHWH Rapha, my healer; El Sali, my rock and my strength; YHWH Tsidqenu, my righteousness. Daddy GOD, You are Abba Pater, my Father.
You, LORD, are the Reason that I wake up every morning with joy in my heart to face a new day. I love You and adore You, Almighty GOD.
Amen.

No Temptation

No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And GOD is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. When you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand under it.
1Cor. 10:13
There is nothing that you and GOD cannot face together. Hold onto His unchanging hand and know that you are never alone.

See that No-one Renders Evil for Evil

See that no-one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.
Rejoice always.
Pray without ceasing.
In everything give thanks; for this is the will of GOD in for you.
Do not quench the Spirit.
Do not despise prophesies.
Test all things; hold fast what is good.
Abstain from evil.
Now may the GOD of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord . He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.
1Thess.5:15-24
The Word tells us not to be conformed to this world, to be transformed by the renewing of our minds so that we can prove the good and acceptable and perfect will of GOD. (Rom 12:2)
We do that by allowing the Word to change us as we focus on the Word and the love of GOD toward us. Darkness cannot flourish in the light. While our minds and hearts are filled with the Light, the darkness of unbelief, hatreds, murder, idolatry, retaliation, gossip (which is character assassination) jealousy, envy, drunkenness, cares of this world, lasciviousness and evil thoughts have no place in us.
In the Light we are filled with the joy of the LORD when grief tries to break us down. We become increasingly aware that we are more than conquerors whatever life might throw at us. In the Light is the wonderful peace of GOD which passes all understanding. This is where we grow in the Word and mature to the stature to which we were called.
Let us continue to walk in the beautiful Light of the knowledge of the glory of GOD in the face of . (Cor 4:6)

He Came as a Servant

He came as a servant
My Master, my King
He came down from glory
He left everything
All this He did
And then so much more
Because of a love
That will always endure
Born in a stable
In Bethlehem
Condemned to a cross
In Jerusalem
All of the miracles
That He had done
So quickly forgotten
By everyone
Except for a few
Who were faithful to Him
As men whipped Him and beat Him
Again and again
He had so much to give
He kept nothing back
Thirty-three years He served
Then He died for our sake
Risen, in Glory
He still serves His own
Molding and shaping
And leading us home

We Need to Lower Our Expectations of Man

I believe that we need to lower our expectations of man and heighten our expectation of GOD. In doing so, we will never be disappointed.

People cannot always live up to our expectations. It’s unfair to expect more than they are able to give. They’re a work in progress. GOD will complete the work that He started in them according to His infallible Word.

On the other hand, when we lower our expectations of GOD, we limit the blessings that He wants to lavish on us, because of our unbelief. In heightening our expectation of GOD, we open the floodgate of His glory upon us.

Stay blessed as you keep your eyes on Jesus.

No-one can Fathom Your Power and Might

No-one can fathom Your power and might
But in that which my mind can conceive, I delight
No-one can measure Your infinite love
But I’ll keep my eyes set on treasures above
I will tell of Your wonderful grace toward men
Though its length and its breadth I cannot comprehend
I will meditate on the Word of Your power
Be aware of Your presence through each waking hour
I’ll proclaim Your deeds and I’ll celebrate
Your abundant goodness, and I’ll jubilate
As I joyfully sing of Your righteousness
And compassion on all You have made on this earth
I will speak of Your glory and majesty
I declare Your unequalled authority
I’ll make known the Way to Your Kingdom of Light
Where there’s no shifting shadows nor darkness of night
For Your every promise is faithful and true
And You never fail me, though I have failed You
You’re the only constancy, blessed be Your Name
In this world that keeps changing, You’re always the same

If I Say, Surely the darkness will Hide Me

If I say, ‘Surely the darkness will hide me and the light become night around me’, even the darkness will not be dark to You; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to You; for You created my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth, Your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in Your Book, before one of them came to be.
Psalm 139:13-16
LORD GOD, You knew me and chose me before the foundation of the world. Even before the 1st sin was committed in Eden, You foresaw it and planned the way of salvation so that all of fallen creation could be saved if they so desired. Father GOD, this restoration came at an exceedingly high cost to You, a cost that we cannot begin to comprehend, but it was given to us freely in fathomless love for our sakes.
Words are not enough to thank You for sending Your only beloved Son to die for a sin cursed world who hated and rejected You. Father GOD, there is nothing You do not know. There is no sin hidden from You.There is no place that we are hidden from Your sight.
We love You because You first loved us and it was that love that drew us out of the world of darkness into Your glorious Kingdom of light.
I am forever grateful, Father GOD, for all You have done for me. You have made me Your child and furthermore, You have made me a joint heir with and seated me with Him in heavenly places far above all principalities, powers and spiritual wickedness in high places. You have taken away my brokenness and made me whole in spirit soul and body. There are not enough words to describe Your greatness, Your power and might, You compassion, Your goodness, Your mercy, or the number of Your thoughts toward me. I love You and I worship and adore You, my Father, my LORD and my GOD. TO You be the glory forever and ever. Amen.

Therefore I Urge You, Brothers

Therefore I urge you, brothers, in view of GOD’S mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to GOD – this is your spiritual act of worship. Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what GOD’S will is – His good, perfect and pleasing will.
Romans 12:1-2
It’s not by trying, but by dying. We are transformed and our mind renewed, when we spend time in the Word of GOD and in His presence. Anything we try to change in our own strength, is going to fail.
Any fruit we bare by works, belong to the tree of knowledge of good and evil. Such fruit might look good for a while, but it’s going to end up rotting.
If we’re to bare Holy Spirit fruit, we need to walk in the Spirit every day. It is, after all, Holy Spirit’s fruit, not our own. His fruit is holy and eternal as it grows on the Tree of Life. We cannot bare this fruit, if we are not abiding in the Tree.
Stay blessed with every Spiritual blessing as you abide in the shadow of the the ALMIGHTY GOD.

You Looked Across the Expanse of Time

You looked across the expanse of time
And nothing was hidden from You
You saw the high treason of angelic hosts
And saw how their wickedness grew
Deceived by their pride and blinded by greed
They tried overthrowing Your throne
And You cast them as lightning down to the earth
Forever in darkness to roam
Before You created the universe
You saw mankind fall away
The same pride and greed entered Eden and caused
Separation, death and decay
You could have turned Your back on us all
Caused creation to die in our sin
But Your unfailing love caused You to make
A way for us to enter in
No words are enough to give adequate thanks
Or praise for all that You’ve done
All the treasures in heaven and earth can’t compare
To the price that You Paid, Holy One

Oh LORD GOD of Israel, there is no GOD like You

Oh LORD GOD of Israel, there is no GOD like You on Heaven or on Earth – You who keep Your covenant of love with Your servants who continue wholeheartedly in Your way. You have kept Your promise to Your servant David my father; with Your mouth You have promised and with Your hand You have fulfilled it – as it is today.
2 Chronicles 14-15
Praise GOD who always fulfills His promises!
GOD doesn’t just give us His Word; He is the Word! Whatever He says, is. The worlds were created by His Word and without His Word, nothing was made, that was made. (Jo 1:1-5) GOD’S Word is always yes and amen. He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. His Word can never fail. What He promises will surely come to pass, as surely as night follows day.
