There’s None can Snatch Me from GOD’S Hand

There’s none can snatch me from GOD’S hand
Though my demise the enemy planned
Whom the Son sets free is free indeed
The devil’s wiles I will not heed

Through fire and water I have come
The devil’s plans failed one by one
In the midst of the valley of the shadow of death
GOD laid me a table and gave me rest

Greater the One who lives in my heart
Than all the armies that hell could impart
If GOD be for me then whom shall I fear
Though the world turns against me, His love draws me near

With His Word as my sword and faith as my shield
Where He leads I will follow for my life I yield
To my Saviour, Deliverer, Father and King
For He is my first love, He’s my everything

God’s Word Was Hidden in Frailty

God’s Word was hidden in the frailty
Of a foetus in a womb
Born within a lowly stable
Not the comfort of a room

God’s Word was hidden in the frailty
Of Christ’s suffering and His death
Knowing Jesus would not fail Him
He’d give all – not any less

God’s Word is hidden in the frailty
Of His children one and all
But His Spirit will sustain us
And uplift us if we fall

Creator of All Things That Be

Creator of all things that be
Both hidden things and things we see
All angles sing and praise Your Name
In adoration bow their frame

Why is it people turn away
And blaspheme You each passing day
While others say You’re just a myth
That it’s by accident we exist

The wiser, man, in his own eyes
The more he yields to devils’ lies
His intellect has made him blind
It’s intellect of the human kind

So many people swept away
By mediums’ lies that hold them sway
Who say they speak to those long gone
Because life after death goes on

Yet there are many that proclaim
And spread abroad Your holy Name
Those You have called and chosen too
Whose lives are forever made new

Mesmerized by Your Great Beauty

Mesmerized by Your great beauty
Captivated by Your love
Enchanted by Your Majesty
Heart set on things above
Enthralled, Lord, by Your glory
And the wonder of Your grace
Consumed by deep desire
As I look upon Your face
Empowered by Your Spirit
In the shadow of Your wings
Impassioned by Your Word of truth
And all the joy it brings

I Confronted the Enemy of my Soul

I confronted the enemy of my soul
And I took back all that he stole
In every area of my life
He’s tried to cause mayhem and strife

 The enemy’s underneath my feet
I laugh in derision at his defeat
He came to steal, kill and destroy
But all he’s managed is to annoy

He sees me as a human being
But I’m a daughter of the King
Eternal spirit clothed in skin
And I have victory over him

For Jesus Christ has made me whole
To be like Him is my life’s goal
I walk within His power and might
And daily I am His delight

The Pharisees Brought a Woman

The Pharisees brought a woman
Caught in an adulterous act
And threw her at Your feet
To test the way that You’d react

The law said they should stone her
“He who has no sin” You said
“From the eldest to the youngest
Cast the first stone!” They all fled

They all would if they just could
But all of them had sinned
My Lord, You could, but never would
You gave her grace unearned

A lady of the night approached
As You prepared to eat
She washed Your feet with tears
And with her hair she dried Your feet

Expensive oil she poured in love
Upon Your feet that day
Repentant of her many sins
Her sins You washed away

Lazareth was dead four days
Within the tomb he lay
You shouted, “Lazareth Come forth!”
And he arose that day

You saw a funeral taking place
A widow’s only son
You raised him from his sleep of death
And awe gripped everyone

A little girl took ill and died
Her parents were distraught
You took her by the hand and said, Arise
And she awoke

You did so many signs and wonders
Too numerous to write
Blind eyes could see, deaf ears could hear
And demons took to flight

Lord of Heaven, Earth and skies
Of sea and space and time
Whom men and angels worship
You alone are God divine

Olive Oil

As the olive is crushed
To extract the oil
And filtered till pure
Free of contents that spoil

A crushing takes place
And we’re filtered until
The dross stays behind
And we bow to Your will

You Showed Me a Rainbow

You showed me a rainbow
While I sat upon my bed
It made a full arc
In the sky overhead

In that instant I remembered
Your first rainbow in the sky
A reminder of each promise
That You gave us, Adonai

For Your promises true
Not one Word can ever fail
That Your holy mouth has uttered
Your Word always will prevail

And I know that I can stand
Having done all, Lord, to stand
For You guide me into victory
By Your unchanging hand
